You must book a Tee Time to guarantee a scheduled time slot. We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes and/or cancellations. Visit our website for up-to-date information about schedule changes. Expect a 15 to 20 minute time delay.
Some Tee Times may not be available during the season due to advance tournaments, pre-paid group bookings and severe weather conditions.
To help us understand your booking requests, we ask that you fill in all of the information fields as best as possible. Press ‘Submit’ only once. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text message, we did NOT receive this email and we are unaware of your booking request. Our staff may call or email you to verify submission details.
Contact our Pro Shop if you are running late.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked Tee Time up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Simply follow the cancellation link sent to you via text and/or email. You may also notify our office via telephone at 905-477-4653.
NO SHOW golfers along with those constantly altering Pre-Booked Tee Off Times are subject to suspension of booking privileges. You will be blocked after 3 no shows. You may be required to pay a $100 + applicable taxes reinstating administration fee.
Power Carts are first come first served.
Operators of Power Carts must have a valid G license. Only 2 people are permitted per cart.
Please refer to the terms and conditions provided to you on the ‘MEGC Waiver‘.
Ride or walk alongs are not permitted – this includes all registered coaches.
All golfers and guests must report to the clubhouse to check in / sign in.
Weekend rates apply for Statutory Holidays.

• Discounted Power Carts at $25.00 + hst.
Option#2
• 11 Hole Play if Walking (1.5 hour max)
• Discounted Power Carts at $20.00 + hst.
NOTE: Bookings after 4:30 pm: if walking, you may not be able to complete the 18 holes based on the tee off time chosen. We have implemented a discounted Power Cart allowing you to finish play prior to sunset. This time may change in the months of April, October and November.
If you would like to walk the course after 4:30 pm, the “11 Hole Play” is the alternative option.
Parking lot must be empty by 7:45 pm.

We will be accepting SINGLE players based on the following rules:
• DAY & TIME OF PLAY: from Monday to Thursday all day.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 am to 10 am & 2 pm to close (8 am start after Oct 1 till close)
*Please Note: You may be paired with another player or group. (Single play is accepted on statutory holidays from 7:30 am to 10 am & 2 pm to close)
We will be accepting JUNIOR players based on the following rules:
• Juniors (16 and under) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Adults must sign a Junior Waiver or the Junior will not be able to play.
• No juniors accepted under the age of 7 are permitted on the course.
• Adults accompanying juniors must be playing golf at the regular rate and must have golf clubs.
(No walk along or ride along permitted) Coaches must follow the same rules.
DAY & TIME OF PLAY
• If Junior is a beginner, we allow play after 2 pm from Monday through Thursday.
• Junior beginners are NOT permitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
(Junior play is accepted on statutory holidays from 2 pm to close)
We will be accepting BEGINNER players based on the following rules:
• Adults and Juniors with less than 6 months play, must be accompanied by an experienced golfer (Min 1 year experience) or they will not be able to play.
• To ensure a steady pace of play, best ball rules apply.
• Adults accompanying the junior must be playing golf at the regular rate and must have golf clubs.
(No walk along, ride along permitted) Coaches must follow the same rules.
DAY & TIME OF PLAY
• We allow play for beginners after 2 PM from Monday through Thursday.
• Fridays Saturday and Sunday play is NOT permitted.
(Beginners will NOT be accepted on statutory holidays)

LIGHTNING POLICY
All golfers on the course or practice area must adhere to the Markham Executive Golf Course Policy of stopping play immediately and seeking shelter either on the course or coming back to the clubhouse when the horn is blown.
Play is resumed when the threat of lightning has passed and the Marshal allows you to proceed to play.
If the storm lasts a prolonged period of time and a golfer can not finish their round:

Golf attire, athletic or activewear are all perfectly acceptable (men’s tank tops & women’s short shorts are prohibited.)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tee time and check-in at the Pro Shop.
You are required to keep up with the group ahead of you. Failure to do so could result in the Marshal instructing your group to skip a hole.
No person under the age of 19 will be served alcohol.
No person who appears intoxicated will be served alcohol.
No person can bring their own alcohol onto Markham Executive Golf Course property.
If a guest is found with his/her own alcohol they will not be welcome back.
Markham Executive Golf Course have zero tolerance for any intoxicated guest who is disruptive or abusive to other guests or staff. Police will be called if necessary.
Golfers are responsible for any property damage or personal injury resulting from inappropriate action or conduct.

WARNING DANGER AHEAD. Please note you are entering the Markham Executive Golf Course property at your own risk. Be aware of flying golf balls. Golf balls traveling at high speeds throughout. Stay clear of golfers walking and driving carts. Be aware of High voltage Hydro Lines above. Be careful of uneven grounds, wet grounds, stay clear of holes in the ground throughout the golf course. Be aware of all water hazards.
