Thank you for choosing MARKHAM EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSE.
You must book a Tee Time to guarantee a scheduled time slot.
We kindly ask that you notify our office regarding cancellations. Visit our website for critical or detailed schedule changes.
Some Tee Times are not available during the season due to advance tournament and pre-paid group bookings.
RIDE OR WALK ALONGS ARE NOT PERMITTED – THIS INCLUDES COACHES
All golfers and guests must report to the clubhouse to sign in.
REGISTRATION / WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
You will NOT be permitted to play golf unless the waiver is signed.
All visitors and guests must sign a Waiver.

Expect an approximate 15-20 minute + time slot variance.
Are on a first come first served basis. Only 2 people per cart.
Operators of Power Carts must have a valid G license.
Each player must have a set of golf clubs and a golf bag. We do offer golf club rentals.
Weekend rates apply for Statutory Holidays
Option#1
— 18 Hole with Power Cart (3 hour max)
— Twilight Rate of $30 + hst Weekday — Discounted Power Carts at $20.00 + hst.
Option#2
— 11 Hole Play if Walking (1.5 hour max)
— 11 Hole Rate of $20 + hst Weekday — Discounted Power Carts at $20.00 + hst.
Bookings after 4:30 pm: You may not be able to complete the 18 holes based on the tee off time chosen. We have implemented a discounted Power Cart allowing you to finish play prior to sunset. If you would like to walk the course after 4:30 pm, the “11 Hole Play” is the alternative option. Parking lot must be empty by 7:45 pm.

Bookings after 3:15 pm: You may not be able to complete the 18 holes based on the tee off time chosen. We have implemented a discounted Power Cart allowing you to finish play prior to sunset. If you would like to walk the course after 3:15 pm, the “11 Hole Play” is the alternative option. Parking lot must be empty by 6:45 pm.
We will be accepting SINGLE players based on the following rules:
* DAY & TIME OF PLAY: from Monday to Thursday all day.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 am to 10 am & 2 pm to close (8 am start after Oct 1 till close)
*Please Note: You may be paired with another player or group. (Single play is accepted on statutory holidays from 7:30 am to 10 am & 2 pm to close)
We will be accepting JUNIOR players based on the following rules:
Juniors (16 and under) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Adults must sign a Junior Waiver or the Junior will not be able to play.
No Juniors under the age of 7 are permitted on the golf course.
Adults accompanying the junior must be playing golf at the regular rate and must have golf clubs.
(No walk along or ride along permitted) Coaches must follow the same rules.
*DAY & TIME OF PLAY*
If Junior is a beginner, we allow play after 2 pm from Monday through Thursday.
Junior beginners are NOT permitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
(Junior play is accepted on statutory holidays from 2 pm to close)
We will be accepting BEGINNER players based on the following rules:
Adults and Juniors with less than 6 months play, must be accompanied by an experienced golfer (Min 1 year experience) or they will not be able to play.
To ensure a steady pace of play, best ball rules apply.
Adults accompanying the junior must be playing golf at the regular rate and must have golf clubs.
(No walk along, ride along permitted) Coaches must follow the same rules.
*DAY & TIME OF PLAY*
We allow play for beginners after 2 pm from Monday through Thursday.
Fridays Saturday and Sunday play is NOT permitted.
(Beginners will NOT be accepted on statutory holidays)
*We offer golf lessons and golf club rentals. Prices are available online.

You may book a Tee Time by calling the golf course directly AT 905-477-GOLF (4653). If we are unavailable and you choose to leave a voicemail, we ask that you kindly do not leave Tee Time reservations. Simply leave your name and telephone number and one of our staff will call you back to confirm the details as soon as we are available.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a 24-hour automated service.
TEE TIMES listed below may not be available as the Clubhouse daily course schedule is not synchronized with this schedule.
To help us understand your booking requests, we ask that you fill in all of the information that applies to you. Once you complete the booking information select a date and time, press ‘Submit’; our office will be notified of your request. You will receive an automated response letting you know we received your booking request. If you do not receive this email, we are unaware of your request.
During hours of operation, our staff will review your email and send a “Booking Confirmation” email to confirm your request and/or to verify the available Tee Times. One of our staff will call the contact telephone number provided if we require any further information.
You may change or cancel a booked Tee Time, we kindly ask that you call at least 24-hours in advance to allow time for schedule changes to be made.
